Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT VISA DEBIT CARDS AS A METHOD OF PAYMENT FOR TRANSACTIONS.

We will do our best to respond to your order by e-mail within 24 business hours. Orders placed overnight will be responded to within 24 hours of opening on the next business day. Please note that orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until the next business day.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post.  Allow up to three weeks for shipping. Please call us at 403.289.4441 for courier and special shipping instructions and quote your order number. Extra charges may apply for courier or special shipping options.
Please allow for additional shipping and handling time for customized items. Larger packages are subject to additional fees
Shipping costs are a flat rate. Within Alberta $10.00, within Canada (outside Alberta) $15.00, within the United States and overseas $25.00

Returns & Replacements
Our policy is a full return within 30 days if the product is accompanied by a receipt and is in its original condition (tags must be on; product unused). If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are more than happy to accommodate your return. Please mail your pre-paid package to the following address:

The Stamps' Store will be please to refund any shipping costs from your original order and refund the product, if the product was defective, damaged or there was an error that we made. Please contact for further guidelines.
Your refund will be processed within a reasonable time frame and will only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase.
All customized jerseys are a FINAL SALE. No refunds OR exchages will be taken on customized jerseys.
